Although these recipes involve a tradeskilling level of 110, it's meant more as a reward to those Adventurers that grinded their KA tradeskill line to get the crafter's cloak.  The item rewards very much reflect this and it won't take much for adventurers to grind those last 10 levels.  There are included EQ2 anchor links so that you can copy/paste them into an EQ2 chat window for others to view the actual item / recipe.  I've included an Excel and a Printable PDF checklist so that you can use them to help keep track of a toon that is working on this Planar Crafting adventurer timeline.

A component will appear in the chest of the final named boss when defeated and only within Heroic instances.  All these components are flagged NO-TRADE and NO-VALUE; and it is possible you will get duplicate components.  There are a total of 12 fabled crafting components.  Examining each of these components will provide you with a unique recipe (12 in all) and each recipe will require a combination of 4 components.  The components are grouped by color since the same set of components is used in one of the 3 recipes of a heroic zone district.

As with components, the forges themselves that are used to craft these new trinkets are located only within the Herioc zones.  Not all forge locations have been found or verified yet so take this list as a work in progress.

Each recipe requires all 4 components in its category as identified by their color.  The primary component is always listed first.  Completing the 3 recipes corresponding to a zone district (e.g. Plane of Innovation) will complete a hidden sub-achievement that rewards the player a tier 5 Orange adornment recipe (there's a different one for each district group - total of 4).

Note: The Bubonian Tear is the only item that is not Heirloom.  This is likely an oversight (bug) and may be fixed in the future.

Here is the list of achievements associated with planar completionist.  The first for are set as hidden and the only way to view them is to copy the EQ2 achievement link that is supplied and then past it into your chat window; this will open up your achievements window and display the achievement you've pasted into the chat window.  Completing each achievement returns a recipe reward for making a specific level 5 orange adornment.

Completing all the inital 4 recipes listed here will complete the Planar Crafting Completionist achievement and reward you with an awesome mount.  If you should also have the Greater Ascended achievement completed, these two will then allow you a 33% chance of having the Celestial Teachings awarded to you from a weekly mission.

Each orange adornment recipe is awarded when you complete the 3 recipes within a zone district.  They all use the same set of components to craft them.  The Essence of Magic node (left pic below -- \aITEM 1492910426 -2145505999:Essence of Magic\/a) is very rare and appears to be spawning randomly nearby to where you are harvesting other common nodes.  This node is not trackable.  In late February 2018, PQs, tradeskill quests and the Obulus Frontier Garden plant now have a very rare chance of also giving up an Essence of Magic.
